Wyspyr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a non-custodial mobile wallet application (“App”) that enables users to generate and manage cryptocurrency wallets directly on their device. We do not have access to, store, or control your private keys, seed phrases, or any assets contained within your wallet.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. Wyspyr is designed to be privacy-preserving, and we collect as little personal information as possible.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Wyspyr does not collect, store, or process:

• Emails or login credentials

• Phone numbers

• Profile photos or avatars

• Government IDs or KYC information

• Private keys, seed phrases, or signing data

• Bank or payment information

• Sensitive personal data of any kind

All wallet generation and signing occur on your device only.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Public Wallet Addresses

You may choose to create a public profile stored locally on your device. This profile may include:

• Display name (optional)

• Public wallet address(es)

This information is not transmitted to Wyspyr or stored on our servers.

3.2 Device-Level Data (Anonymous)

We may collect limited, anonymized technical data to improve performance, including:

• Device type and operating system

• App version

• Crash logs or diagnostic data

This data does not identify individual users.

4. Public Profiles

If you use a public profile, it is created and saved only on your device. Wyspyr does not host or maintain a central directory of profiles. If you share your wallet address publicly, that information becomes accessible to anyone on-chain. Wyspyr cannot recover or restore profile data lost due to device resets or deletion.

5. Non-Custodial Wallet & Security

Wyspyr is a fully non-custodial wallet. This means:

• Private keys remain on your device and are never transmitted to us

• Wyspyr cannot access, recover, or modify your wallet

• We cannot reverse transactions or restore lost keys

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 MoonPay (On-Ramp / Off-Ramp)

If you choose to buy or sell cryptocurrency using MoonPay or another third-party service, you interact directly with that provider. They may require identity verification (KYC) and may collect payment information. Wyspyr does not access or control that data.

6.2 Analytics or Diagnostics Services (Optional)

We may use privacy-focused tools to collect anonymous technical information. No sensitive or personal data is transmitted.

7. How We Use Information

Information collected is used only for:

• App functionality

• Improving performance, debugging, and security

• Supporting optional third-party integrations

We do not sell, trade, or monetize user data.

8. Data Storage & Retention

Wyspyr does not store user accounts or personal data on our servers. All sensitive data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may delete locally stored profile data.

9. Your Choices

• Edit or delete your local public profile at any time

• Disable or opt out of analytics (if applicable)

• Choose whether to use third-party services such as MoonPay

Because we do not maintain user accounts, we cannot modify or delete information stored on your device.

10. Children’s Privacy

Wyspyr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

Since we process minimal information and do not store personal data, Wyspyr does not transfer personal information internationally. Third-party providers may have their own requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Wyspyr after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
