1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Wyspyr mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wyspyr.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
Wyspyr is a non-custodial wallet. This means:
Your private keys remain on your device
Wyspyr cannot access, recover, or reset your wallet
You are solely responsible for securing your keys
Wyspyr is not responsible for lost or compromised wallets
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to secure your device, back up your seed phrase, and verify transactions before sending.
5. Public Profiles
Public profiles are stored locally on your device. Wyspyr does not host profiles or store this data on servers. If you share your wallet publicly, you do so at your own discretion.
6. Transactions and Blockchain Use
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Wyspyr does not control network fees, delays, or failures.
7. Third-Party Services
Wyspyr may integrate with third-party providers such as MoonPay. You interact with these services directly, and their policies apply. Wyspyr is not responsible for third-party performance or data collection.
8. Risks
You acknowledge the risks of using blockchain technologies, including market volatility, security threats, and software errors.
9. Prohibited Use
Illegal activity
Fraud, scams, or money laundering
Exploiting protocol vulnerabilities
10. Intellectual Property
Wyspyr retains ownership of the App and associated materials. You receive a limited license to use the App for lawful purposes.
11. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
Wyspyr is not liable for loss of funds, data, profits, or assets. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyspyr LLC for claims arising from your use of the App.
14. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
